REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Thank you for supporting our small business and visiting our e-store. We are happy to offer full refunds on all orders you are not satisfied with. 

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please unpack your item with care and return to us in the same packaging you received it in. The customer is responsible for the items until they are received back to us. For the reason we ask that you please use a track and trace system to confirm it has been delivered back to us.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on socks, tights, hats or hair accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights.
